Welcome to Harbor View Condo at Emerald Pointe (EP) in beautiful Punta Gorda, Florida!
Take the elevator to this spacious 4th-floor, penthouse-style condo featuring 1,076 sq. ft. of living space, plus a 144 sq. ft. covered lanai overlooking some of the best water views in Emerald Pointe.
The condo features a king-size bed, one full bathroom, and a queen-size Murphy bed for guests, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people.
Whether you're visiting for a short getaway or an extended seasonal stay, Harbor View Condo offers a comfortable and relaxing home away from home in paradise—with beautiful waterfront views and all the amenities Emerald Pointe has to offer.
Emerald Pointe HOA Rental Requirements
• 60-night minimum stay required per HOA rules.
• All renters are required to complete and pay for an HOA background check prior to their stay. The HOA charges a non-refundable $100 fee per renter, paid directly by the renter(s) to the HOA.
• No pets are permitted for renters. As much as we love our fur babies, Emerald Pointe HOA does not allow renters to have pets during their stay.
Rental Rates by Month
December-March: $3,000/month.
April: $2,500
May-September: $1,950/month
October: $2,100/month
November: $2,500

Fees & Deposit
Emerald Pointe Association Application Fee $100 per adult
12% sales\occupancy tax (charged for any lease less than 6 months)
Cleaning Fee $175
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A $1,250 deposit is required to reserve your stay.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days before your arrival date.
If you need to cancel:

90 days or more before arrival: You will receive a $1,000 refund. A $250 cancellation fee will be retained.

61–89 days before arrival: The $1,250 deposit is non-refundable.

60 days or less before arrival: All payments are non-refundable, and no cancellations or changes to the reservation are permitted.
*We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may affect your trip.
Everything listed on the Amenities page is included in the pricing. There are no electric bills, water bills, internet etc. your stay is Turn Key!
